API Integration Guide
This guide is for shops you connect in Libers Suite through an API: Shopware 6, Wix, Squarespace, PrestaShop, BigCommerce, Ecwid and OpenCart. You collect credentials in your shop admin, enter them in Libers Suite and start sync yourself. After that you work like in any other shop: products, Knowledge Packs, publish.
Magento has its own guide. WooCommerce too, through the WordPress plugin.
Credentials from your shop
Each system needs different fields. Below is what to collect and where.
Save in Libers Suite
Saving only stores the connection. No products arrive yet.
Pull products
You start Sync on the shop card when you are ready.
Step 1: Prepare credentials
Open your shop admin and collect the fields Libers Suite shows for your platform. Jump to your system:
Shopware 6
Shop URL, client ID and secret. In Shopware admin: Settings → System → Integrations. Create an integration and copy both keys.
Wix
Shop URL, API key and Site ID. You collect both in your Wix account. Without the Site ID the import fails.
Squarespace
Shop URL and API key. You need the Commerce Advanced Plan. Create the key under Settings → Advanced → Developer API Keys.
PrestaShop
Shop URL and webservice key. First enable webservices: Advanced Parameters → Webservice. Then create the key and enter it in Libers Suite.
BigCommerce
Store hash and access token from the Store Control Panel. Libers Suite can also read the hash from the shop URL. Without the access token there is no catalog.
Ecwid
Shop URL, store ID and access token. Create an API app under Apps → API → Create Application.
OpenCart
Shop URL and API token. Create it under System → Users → API. You can pull products. Libers Suite does not write Knowledge Packs back into the OpenCart catalog. Use the header script for that.
Step 2: Connect the shop in Libers Suite
Open the dashboard under Shops and add the shop.
Step 3: Pull products
On the shop card start Sync. The run pulls the catalog while you stay on the page. Fine for a small shop. With many products this takes too long or stops.
These platforms have no category import like Magento or WooCommerce. You do not need the whole catalog. Knowledge Packs are limited by your plan. Start with the products you want visible in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google. For a very large catalog use the CSV import.
Step 4: Then it works like any other shop
Once the products are in Libers Suite, the platform is no special case. Creating, reviewing and publishing Knowledge Packs follows the main documentation.
Optionally you can also add the header script to the HTML head of your theme. Product data still comes through the API. The script only adds extra markup on the pages. For OpenCart the script is how optimizations show on the page, because Libers Suite does not write back to that catalog.

Does Libers Suite write changes back to the shop?
For Shopware, Wix, Squarespace, PrestaShop, BigCommerce and Ecwid, yes when you publish. For OpenCart, Libers Suite only pulls products. Changes show there through the header script, not in the OpenCart catalog.
